If you want the lowest entry point, the doctor-facilitated membership at $75 per month gives you a provider visit, a prescription when appropriate, and nutrition guidance. If you already know you want a GLP-1 program, the all-inclusive monthly plans bundle your visits and medication into one price, while the multi-month tirzepatide packages bring down your effective monthly cost the most.
Prefer to avoid injections? The oral semaglutide and oral tirzepatide programs offer pill-based options, and metformin is a lower-cost metabolic choice for the right candidate. Many members also add a nutritionist consultation to get more from their treatment. Whatever you choose, you can change or cancel your plan as your needs evolve — there are no long-term contracts and no membership fees.
What's included — and what costs extra
Your program price covers your licensed-physician visits and, for medication programs, the compounded medication noted in each plan. What may cost extra: brand-name products such as Ozempic®, Wegovy™, Mounjaro®, Zepbound™, and Rybelsus™, which are dispensed only with a valid prescription and priced separately. Lab work, if your clinician recommends it, and optional add-ons like the nutritionist consultation are also billed on their own. We'll always make any additional cost clear before you're charged, so you can decide what's right for your budget.

Programs start at $75 per month for our doctor-facilitated membership. All-inclusive medication programs begin at $299/month for semaglutide and $399/month for tirzepatide, with discounted multi-month packages available. The initial consultation is always free.
Are there any membership or hidden fees?
No. Our programs have no membership fees. Your monthly price includes licensed-physician visits and, when prescribed, your medication. Brand-name medications may cost extra, and any add-ons (like a nutritionist consultation) are clearly priced.
Is the medication included in the price?
For our all-inclusive monthly and package programs, the listed price includes the program's medication. Brand-name versions (for example Ozempic® or Mounjaro®) may be available at additional cost. Your clinician will confirm what's included for your plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Please review our Refund Policy for details on billing periods and any medication already dispensed.
Do the package discounts combine with coupons?
No. The discounted multi-month packages (for example the 3-month and 6-month tirzepatide packages) cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.
